Shipping Information
For orders withing Australia, our shipping rates are as follows: $9.95 standard postage, spend over $100 and receive free postage.
Shipping duration within Australia (as stated by Australia Post) is approximately 1-5 business days for delivery via Regular Parcel Delivery.
Express shipping duration within Australia (as stated by Australia Post) is next day delivery via Express Post Delivery.
If you have not received an order within 7 days, please notify us by email at: info@threds.com.au
Shipping duration for International orders (as stated by Australia Post) is 7-10 business days for delivery via Australia Post Air Mail.
Express Shipping for International orders (as stated by Australia Post) is 5-7 business days for deliver via Express Post International.
If you have not received an international order within 14 days, please notify us by email at: info@threds.com.au
* Please note for all international orders, the tracking available will only track the departure of Australia and the arrival at the destination. It will not track to the specified destination. If you require further tracking, please advise and extra costs will incur.
Threds Online will not take responsibility for missing orders with basic tracking internationally.
Refund and Returns
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Threds Online. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your credit card. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
If the returned item is due to a change of mind with regards to sizing, colour or style, we ask you pay for the return postage. We will however cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
To guarantee your satisfaction with all the products available on Threds, please ensure you carefully read the sizing charts and product information before commiting to payment.

- Your Order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
- Your name and address
- A description of the item you are returning
- Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name and item number of the replacement item.
